At present, KLARAS Group, LLC has its principal offices in South Florida and New York City.

Key South Florida Personnel

John H. Ackermann, CCIM, Principal
Mr. Ackermann joined the firm in 2002 after holding several key positions at OCWEN Federal Bank, FSB / OCWEN Financial Corporation, West Palm Beach, FL. As a native New Yorker, he is instrumental in KLARAS’ on going operations in New York City. Mr. Ackermann holds the highly respected CCIM designation which is widely accepted as the top professional credential within the commercial real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a Paralegal Certificate, both from Adelphi University, Garden City, Long Island, N.Y. Mr. Ackermann is a Florida State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (Commercial), a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and New York, and a Licensed Mortgage Broker in Florida. He is responsible for overseeing KLARAS’ day to day operations at the firm’s principal offices in Boca Raton, FL. He also serves as an advisor to the firm’s New York operations.

Julia L. Hinds - Operations Supervisor

Ms. Hinds joined KLARAS Group, LLC in April 2005 after holding several high level corporate positions, most recently within the Customer Service Department of Office Depot's south Florida headquarters in Delray Beach, FL. Today she is responsible for the entire office operation at KLARAS Group's primary office in Boca Raton and she additionally serves as a liaison to KLARAS's New York office. Ms. Hinds holds a Liberal Arts degree and is a Florida native.
